1 Navigate to your form library

2 While using Google Chrome Right click the add document text and click inspect element

3 You should see a line of code that shows the element id Note this text

4 This is the script we will be placing on the library page to change the button text

5 Next we will place the id of the inspected element into our script

6 Save your file after entering in the id

7 Upload your scipt file to your sharepoint site

8 Note or copy the url of your script file

9 Next, go to site actions edit page

10 Click on add web part

11 You should now see your new web part

12 Click on the drop down on the right hand side and choose the edit web part option

13 Paste the url of your script file into the content link field and click ok

14 Drag the content editor webpart BELOW the library

15 Click stop editing

16 You should now see the add document text has been changed to your new text goes here

17 Editing this line in the script file will change the text to whatever you like
